TELL ME NOT [PART THREE]

TELL ME NOT
 [PART THREE]

Tell me not, O my dear friend
How much explosive a batter thou art,
Come on and display to convince
How many explosions delivers thy bat. [21]

Tell me not, O my dear friend
How much patriotic thou art a son,
Come on and display to convince
How much deep is thy dedication. [22]

Tell me not, O my dear friend
How much soft is thy nature?
Come on and display to convince
How  many’s thou dost soften torture. [23]

Tell me not, O my dear friend
How much adept thou art a soldier,
Come on and display to convince
How much sharp is thy reason’s razor. [24]

Tell me not, O my dear friend
How much pretty art thy eyes,
Come on and display to convince
How much purity there lies. [25]

Tell me not, O my dear friend
How many promises thou dost proclaim,
Come on and display to convince
How much they at length thee acclaim. [26]

Tell me not, O my dear friend
How many castles thou dost in the air erect,
Come on and display to convince
To how many terrestrials they accommodate. [27]

Tell me not, O my dear friend
How much thou art a couple content,
Come on and display to convince
How many loyal days thou both spent. [28]

Tell me not, O my dear friend
How much thou art sincere a saint,
Come on and display to convince
How much dost thyself emit saintly scent. [29]

Thanks a lot to thee, O my dear, inspiring friend
For exposing before me thy intolerably braggy trend
To evoke me and ignite to ponder, portray and send
To thy akin to be wary, aware of and themselves mend. [30]
