LET A REAL COMPANION NEVER BE FORSAKEN!

A real companion accompanies you when the selfish world insensitively abandons you,
He strives heart and soul to cut your woes; and to multiply your happiness, unlike a few!
He becomes the very Staff that supports you when you are about to hopelessly fall,
He turns for you the very Vision to view, when That is callously plucked out by all!

Even though your real companion is too poor to fetch you the needs you require,
His moral support, at the time of your crisis, is invaluable and rare!
Despite being penniless, he proves more useful to you than all material wealth,
For, he sacrifices his life without fear or greed so that you can dodge death!

A real companion's compassion compels you to give up despair and dejection,
His rays of optimism brightens the darkest gorges in your crumbling life!
In his August presence, flee fast destitution, desolation, isolation and negation,
In his absence, you are vigourless, hopeless, desperate and vanquished in life's strife!

Thus, let a real companion never be mistaken, shaken and forsaken,
Else, he returns never again even if you shed remorseful tears of an ocean!
