THE MYSTERY OF A BLIND MAN'S LAMP!
Once, there lived a man who had been, since birth, blind,
Still, you will not often come across his praiseworthy presence of mind!
His outstanding Wit will promptly prompt you to wonder and gape,
And you will, with pleasure, be glad to follow his intelligent step!
One night, the blind man happened to go out to shop some urgent goods,
For, if he stayed at home, he would starve to death, without foods!
Thus, he lit his dark dispelling Lamp; held his stick and stepped out,
Who was greeted, on the way with a 'Good Evening' by a man shrewd and stout!
The chap soon showed his silvery smiling teeth, and then did quip and swell,
OMG! I didn't know you were as blind as the night, and an ass-foolish as well!
For, do tell, "What's the benefit of burning the fuel in the Lamp you carry,
While you are staking and groping through the dense dark in a lightning hurry?
Surprisingly, the blind man's apt retort was sharper than a doctor's razor,
That sewed up the taunting Lips and the tantalizing Tongue of the Teaser?
"My sagacious friend, I am carrying in the dark a Lamp lighted and glowed,
So that people like you will not bump into me, and I can safely cross the road!

That's true. People who have eyes will bump on somebody in the dark because he will depend upon the light only...at the same time, a blind used to depend on his guiding stick always ie. during sunny day and the dark night.Beautiful story with a great theme in it. It's great to pen this wonderful poem on this wonderful blind man.
