The unprecedented command over your rhetorics stunned so many human facades!
You were the rarest of the rare, to be loved and respected so much even by your rivals,
You ever came out with flying colours in life's stringentest trials and upheavals!
Yes, never could the eroding and staining Agents have any effects on you,
The distinguished and distinct Aura, you had etched, is possible only by a few!
In the annals of India's illustrious Politics, you'll ever be adorable, inimitable and new,
You were ever unique, and will ever remain fresh as a drop of pure Autumnal Dew!
Yes, you have proved to be a true daughter, sister, wife, mother and stateswoman,
So, dear Sushma, I feel profoundly proud of you, and the same, will forever, remain!
