Why do you ever hesitate, shy
away and flinch
To glorify heartily what is
Beautiful?
For, it belongs to you not, O
my dear Grinch!
Phew! It is, indeed, the way of
the mean and ignoble.
My dear, you need not really search
for a shrine
To extol and eulogize God by
trudging there,
If you can keep your unenvious
eyes open to shine,
And see the real Beauty, and
proclaim, God is near!
Don’t mistake Beauty for any worldly
personal acquisition:
It is like the blooming Lotus, God’s
generous phenomenon!
It is quite unique,
unadulterated, undying only God’s own
It belongs to the Virtuous
alone; It is eternal like the Sun!
Let’s all relinquish and shun
our rancorous discrimination,
And chant Beauty’s Glorification
to attain sweet Salvation!
