A PRAYER FOR MY MOTHER

O God! Never dost Thou sever, from me, my Mother, a Pearl!
In spite of being Her life many a miserable slice,
She does continue to persevere, serve and sacrifice,
Garbs she Her all scary scars underneath Her
tortured Soul,
Accomplishing all assignments with an exceeding Miracle!

She is an eternal Abode of Relief and Peace,
She exudes Her unreluctant and unending Compassion,
She knows neither intolerance nor discrimination,
Thus, who will bear a moment, her lavish care, to miss?

Undoubtedly, She is an unusual Idol as a generous breeze,
Unperturbed, even though, you often irritate Her or tease,
Unaffordable and inimitable Her selfless sacrifice is!
O God! Thus, never dost Thou sever Her from us, please,
For, She is the sole Source of comfort, for our grief, to appease!
