 ବରଷା ରାଣୀ 
     ଟୁପୁରୁ ଟୁପୁରୁ ବରଷେ ପାଣି

ବରଷା ରାଣୀ ବରଷା ରାଣୀ l
          ଟୁପୁରୁ ଟୁପୁରୁ ବରଷେ ପାଣି ll
ବେଙ୍ଗରାଜା ବସି ସାରୁ ମୂଳରେ l
    ବେଙ୍ଗୁଲିକି ଧରି କହେ କୋଳରେ ll
ଆଷାଢ଼ ଶ୍ରାବଣ ବରଷା କାଳ l
       ଦୁମ ଦୁମ ଝଡ଼େ ପାଚିଲା ତାଳ ll
ମେଘ ଘଡ଼ ଘଡ଼ି ବାଜଇ ବାଜା l
         ଚାପ ଧରିଅଛି ବରଷା ରାଜା ll
ନୃତ୍ୟରତ ଦେଖ ମୟୂର ମାନେ l
        କଦମ୍ବ ଫୁଟିଲା ଗିରି କାନନେ ll
କୁଆ ମଣିତାରେ କୁଆ ମଣିତା l
      ପିଢାରେ ମାଡ଼ିଲା କଖାରୁ ଲଟା ll 
ଚଷା ଭାଇ ମୁଣ୍ଡେ ପଖିଆ ଭିଡ଼ି l
      ଥିରି ଥିରି ଚାଲେ ବିଲ ବେଉଡ଼ି ll
ବିଲୁଆ ନନାରେ ବିଲୁଆ ନନା l
        ଡାହାଣିଆ ଖରା ପଡ଼ିଛି ଅନା ll
ବରଷା କାଳରେ ପଲ୍ଲୀ ତରୁଣୀ l
       ପୂଜାକଲେ ମାଆ ଖୁଦୁରୁକୁଣୀ ll
ଶ୍ରାବଣ ଶେଷରେ ଭାଦ୍ର ପ୍ରବେଶ l
     ପୂଜାହେବେ ବିଦ୍ୟାପତି ଗଣେଶ ll
କୃଷ୍ଣାଷ୍ଟମୀ ଭାଦ୍ର ବରଷା ରାତି l
       ବ୍ରଜେ ଜନମିଲେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀପତି ll
ଶରତ ମରତେ ଆସିଲା ଧାଇଁ l

The king of the forest sits at the root of the tree
Holding the Bengali flute, he says to the Kolar tree
In the month of Ashadha, Shravana, the rainy season
The drum beats loudly, the thunder roars and pours
The clouds rumble and thunder, the rainy king arrives
The peacock dances, seeing the joy, the Mayur feels
The Kadamba flowers bloom in the mountain forest
The Kua bird chirps, the Kua bird sings
The farmer brother wears a turban on his head
The Bilwa tree stands tall, the Bilwa tree sways
In the rainy season, the village youth
Worship the goddess, the playful Khudurukuni
At the end of Shravana, Bhadra begins
The worship of Vidhyapati Ganesh will take place
On the eighth day of Bhadra, the rainy night
