ଓଡ଼ିଆ କବିତା "ଛାଇ ଆଲୁଅର ଖେଳ" TRANSLATED POEM "A GAME OF LIGHT AND SHADOW "

 *ଛାଇ ଆଲୁଅର ଖେଳ*
ପଢ଼ିବାକୁ କାହିଁ ଇଚ୍ଛା ହୁଏ ଆଜି
            ଜୀବନ ପୃଷ୍ଠାକୁ ଖୋଲି
ଯେତେ ଚାହିଁଲେ ବି ଯେଉଁ ପୃଷ୍ଠା ସବୁ
         ଆଜି ବି ପାରୁନି ଭୁଲି ।
ସାଗର କୂଳରେ ବସି ଯେବେ ଖୋଜେ
        ଅତୀତର ସେହି ଦିନ
ଖୋଜି ପାଏନାହିଁ କେଉଁଠି ହଜିଛି
        ମୋର ସେ ସୁନ୍ଦର ମନ।
ଖୋଲା ଆକାଶଟା ଲାଗେ ବନ୍ଦୀଶାଳା
        ଜହ୍ନାଲୋକ ଫିକା ଫିକା
ନିଜ ଭିତରେ ମୁଁ ଏମିତି ହଜିଛି
        ସବୁଥାଇ ଲାଗେ ଏକା ।
ଯେଉଁ ଓଠ ଦିନେ ହସି ଉଠୁଥିଲା 
       ନ ଥାଇ କିଛି କାରଣ
ଆଜି କିଏ ସତେ କରିଛି ବାରଣ
       ହସିବାକୁ ଦେଇ ରାଣ।
 ସପନ ଭୁଲିଛି  ନିଦ ବି ହଜିଛି
         ନାହିଁ ମୋହ ବଞ୍ଚିବାର
ନିଜକୁ କରୁଛି ନିଜେ ଆଜି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ
        ଇଏ କି ଖେଳ ଭାଗ୍ୟର ?
ନିଜ ଛାଇ ଆଜି ଦିଏ କରଛଡ଼ା
       ଅନ୍ଧାର ଲାଗୁଛି ଭଲ
ଜୀବନ ଖେଳୁଛି ମୋ ସାଥିରେ ଆଜି
       ଛାଇ-ଆଲୁଅର ଖେଳ ।
ଲଢ଼ୁଛି ନିଜେ ମୁଁ ନିଜ ସାଥେ ଆଜି
       ଭାଗ୍ୟକୁ ଦେଇ ଆଡ଼େଇ
ଜୀବନେ ଭରିଛି ନୂଆ ନୂଆ ରଙ୍ଗ 
        ବଞ୍ଚିବାର ଆଶା ନେଇ ।

As I turn the pages of life, I want to forget
The pages that I couldn't read yesterday.
Sitting by the sea, I search for
Those past days, but can't find them anywhere.
Where has my beautiful mind gone?
ÀaThe open sky feels like a prison,
The sunlight seems dim,
Everything seems the same to me.
The laughter that used to burst out
Without any reason, is now suppressed.
Who has forbidden me from laughing?
I've forgotten my dreams,
Sleep has also abandoned me,
I'm trying to hold on to my attachments.

My own shadow is casting darkness,
It feels like my life is playing a game of shadows with me.
I'm fighting with myself,
Fate is casting new colors on my life,
I'm holding on to the hope of survival."
