THE MAGIC OF APPRECIATION

Oh! With the magical and miraculous touch of appreciation,

Gushes out an abrupt and perennial spring of exhilaration!

The gladdened mind abounds with an inexpressibly sweet sensation,

The whole of being gets, from saddening glooms, an emancipation!

Oh! Heaven seems not like an impregnable and distant desert then

For, scampers the pressing burden of excruciating and agonizing pain!

The feather-light heart feels as if it were one among the seven wonders,

Like a free, cheerful and delirious bird, in the celestial space, it soars!

Life feels as if its long, restless and hungry stomach got fully fed and satiated

Its sun burnt limbs and features were sheltered in the relieving, cool shade!

Life’s rocky, jagged and uneven terrains become a well-laid green lawn

The unbridled and unrestrained heartbeats swing elatedly up and down!

    Let’s all quench the thirsty and parched throats with the drinks of appreciation

Let’s, with this Panacea, make the Earth a better place, God’s unique Creation!
