ON THE MANGALORE PLANE CRASH

ON THE MANGALORE PLANE CRASH

What wilt thou call it?
The curse of science
The lacuna of technology
The loophole of engineering
The rash planning of the planners
The recklessness of the pilot
The device of the devilish Doom
Or, the helplessness of the churlish challenger of God?

N.B: May 25, 2010: An Air India Express plane from Dubai overshot the table-top runway at the Mangalore airport on Saturday morning and plunged over a cliff into a wooded valley, killing 158 persons. There were 160 passengers and six crew members on board Flight IX-812.
