LET’S NOT LIVE IN TOMORROW

Yes, Tomorrow is an elusive and illusory enigma

Oh! To rely on It is to woo an undesirable, shameful stigma!

It prompts one to a rusty and nasty practice of procrastination

Alas! It blesses one with an unwanted tag of ‘Mr. Imperfection!’

Oh! Tomorrow is a lively and promising shadow without life.

Has anyone ever anywhere fought Tomorrow and won a strife?

No, none can ever own a right on the dark and uncertain Tomorrow,

One, who trusts It, leaves no stone unturned for one’s sure sorrow!

Hark! Self-motivation in one’s life is the best inspiration

A gritty gusto and Will fortify Tomorrow, and dilute tension

Only cultivation of  ‘Today’ yields one a file-long pension

Today’s honest sweats bring forth inexhaustible excultation!

Let’s all die blissfully for ‘Today’ to live peacefully every ‘Tomorrow’

Let’s not live in ‘Tomorrow’ to immortalize our blood, flesh and marrow!

 inexhaustible - never-ending

excultation – victorious delight

blissfully – supremely/ delightfully
