Actually, in normal conditions, we cannot even think of this horrible incident. Our Govt and honourable courts had to decide it at the earliest on this issue and pass the verdict. Now it's so long that it's just proloñged. Cant imagin the plight of her parents and family. God , save othets in future...this is my humble prayer, Shankar ji. 🙁😰
