THE ROLES OF A MAN IN A NUTSHELL
For his younger siblings, a man is a firm prop as an adult brother,
He supports them most, especially, when adverse is the weather.
As a father he is a guiding force, a source of knowledge and inspiration,
To see his children thrive, reach their goals and smile, he sheds all his perspiration.
As a spouse he is the vital heart beat for his sweet better half,
He leaves no stone unturned to make her day and see her laugh.
For his aged parents, he is the warm water in Winter, and Summer's cool breeze
Without him, life would pose a hell to them, who while alive would live to cease.
For his grand kids, a man is a Koyel of the Spring, and a Mahanadi of mirth,
But for whom here life would surely be a reverie, and incomplete would be the Earth.
