Yes. Very true. If we don't know how to utilise our loneliness if and when we are passing through it, it will lead to depression... At the same time we will know once that this is a blessing in disguise, only thing we have to take advantage of it consciously in a right way to enjoy our life in full. Only in loneliness, one can concentrate, meditate, take a right decision (only it should be post-discussion), know oneself well.....one can freely immerse in his original-mother-nature. It's a kind of salvation which can be experienced physically when one is alive. Beautiful.😍
