THE NATURE OF TRUE LOVE: QUATRAIN - 2

Can the Nectar of true Love ever be poisoned or profaned by the carnal pollutants,

That are wantonly and unrestrainably rampant, O the odious, equine descendants?

Ney, never at all, for It falls from the two heavenly hearts desireless and pure,

It's stainless and unaffected even by the saltiest torrents on life's roughest shore!

  2. Can love be corrupted or profaned by carnal pollutants? In all fairness, one must indeed be careful lest he falls. But well written, and the sentiment is true.
