FARE YOU WELL
Fare you well, fare you well,
Dear my students, and colleagues as
well.
May it be the alma mater or it be the
office
Learn much, churn so well as to earn
lavish.
Know we all the universal phenomenon
‘rise and fall’
Depend on how we defend and maul
On the life’s crease the challenge
ball,
How much patient not to succumb to the
ruinous lull.
Don’t ever, to be victorious, stray,
sabotage and swell
Nor for being tamed, be crooked,
cantankerous and cruel,
Or will burn instantly to carbon like the
combustible fuel
In the fire of fair-play where the just
Mirror does dwell.
Save you none, of course, nothing can
Except yourself respective cultivated
actions
A very goodbye! Fare you well again and
again
To alight smoothly and safely at your
destined stations.
* lavish – copious
* phenomenon – happening/ incident
* maul – strike
* stray – lose your
way
* sabotage –damage
*swell – enlarge/bulge/be proud
* cantankerous – bad tempered
