As usual, the Rain has reached
again
Accompanied with happiness for
some
Escorted by miseries for others;
By filling the thirsty rivers of
long cherished desires
By washing away many hopes with Her
lashing, dashing storm!
Thus, blithe seeds sprout, albeit germinates
a sorrowful germ!
Some welcome Her with garnished
garlands of joy
Others denounce Her, for she causes
havoc, and does destroy!
Some adore and adorn Her with shining pearls of laughter
Others abhor Her as a heartless
and merciless slaughterer!
Some copiously eulogize Her as a
great, bounteous Benefactor
Others damn and censure Her as a cruel,
tyrannical Dictator!
Alas! She is caught in an
inescapable impasse of confusion
For, some call Her a boon, while
others a baneful ruination!
*impasse – a deadlock/a critical
situation
* lashing – heavily striking
* dashing – striking
* blithe – happy/merry
* albeit – even though
* garnished – decorated
* denounce – condemn/ criticize
* havoc – destruction
* copiously eulogize – praise a
lot
* damn and censure – condemn
* tyrannical - cruel
* baneful ruination – destructive
devastation
