OM

OM

O God! When one is blest with Thy auspicious Bliss

No ominous demons can dare to trespass and come,

No audacity to approach the obnoxious vice,

No force is powerful enough to subdue ‘Om’.

Millions of Universes dwell in the Omnipotent ‘Om’.

It’s panacean, Elysian, liberating, platonic and dinkum.

With least doubt, within a trillionth split of a second

All can tune the tonal and aural ‘Om’, all can mend

The spell of ‘Om’ is cryptic for the snooty, crass, and cocky atheists

Rebounds Its resonance even from their demurred, carnal auricles.

Its indefinable and astounding mysteries, magics and miracles

Are conceivable and pregnable only to the devout, starry-eyed Theists.

Let’s then all chant, and recite this ‘Om’ with unflinching faith

To triumph over, with ease, one day, the rigid orb of birth and death.
