1. What kind of a relationship did Jane and Elizabeth share?

Ans. Jane and Elizabeth shared an affectionate and caring relationship. Elizabeth was concerned about Jane's health and well-being when she hears about the latter’s falling ill in Netherfield.

2. Was Mr Bennet concerned about Jane's health?

Ans. Though, there was no mention of Mr Bennet being concerned about Jane's health in this passage. However, according to me he was concerned, and he was teasing his wife in an ironical way about her obsessive desire to marry off their daughters to wealthy men, particularly Mr. Bingley.
