ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଅସ୍ମିତାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ

ଓଡ଼ିଆ ମାଟିର ଗରବ ଗୌରବ
ମୋର ପ୍ରଭୁ ଜଗତନାଥ,
ଯାହାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ମୋ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପ୍ରଦେଶ 

ବ୍ରହ୍ମାଣ୍ଡରେ ଅଟେ ଖ୍ୟାତ ।

ଭାଇଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଭଉଣୀଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ନେହ 
ପତିତଙ୍କୁ ଦିଏ ପ୍ରୀତି,
 ଆଚାର ବିଚାର ସଂସ୍କାର ଶିଖାଇ
 ପ୍ରେମରେ ପାଳେ ସେ ନିତି।

ବିଶ୍ଵାସରେ ହରି, କର୍ମ ଭଗବାନ
ଶିଖେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ତା ଠାରୁ,
ଦାନ ଧର୍ମ ବ୍ରତ କରଇ ମହତ 
ଆଶା ପ୍ରଭାତ ପ୍ରହରୁ ।

ତା ଭାଷାର ପୋଥି ପୁରାଣ ଭିତରୁ 
ପାଏ ଜଗାର ଆଶିଷ,
 ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାର ଭଜନ ଭାଗବତ ଗାନ
 ମେଣ୍ଟାଏ ନିରାଶା ଶୋଷ ।

ଆମ୍ବ ବଉଳରେ ତୁଳସୀ ପତ୍ରରେ
ବାନ୍ଧି ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧ କୋଣାର୍କ
ଜଗାକୁ ରଖି ସେ ଆପଣା ପଣରେ
ଚଢେ ଅସ୍ମିତାର ଅର୍କ। 
ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷାରେ ଜୟ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ
କହିଦେଲେ ହୃଦ ଖୋଲି,
ଶୂନ୍ୟରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ଦ୍ବାର ଖୋଲିଯାଏ । 
ସବୁ ଦୁଃଖ ଯାଏ ଭୁଲି। 

ପୁଷ୍ପଲତା ମିଶ୍ର, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵର, ମୋ -୯୩୩୮୨୯୪୬୫୭

LORD JAGANNATH SHINES IN ODIA PRIDE.

My Lord Jagannath is the pride and glory of the land of Odisha

For whom my Utkal province is famous across the universe.

He renders respect to brother; love to sister and affections to the fallen;

He tends daily with affinity teaching etiquettes and Samskars uncommon!

The Odias sincerely learn from Him:

 “Hari is felt in reliance.

Duty is synonymous with Deity.

They practise virtues, noble resolutions and charity,

As well as optimism before the day dawns.”

They are blessed with His Mercy celestial

Pursuing the Odia scriptures and books spiritual;

Chanting the names of God and reading the Odia Bhagavat

In the evenings quench their thirst of despair the Odias devout.

The bond of Konark is gelled gifting mango blooms or Tulsi leaves,

The Everest of pride is scaled when love with Jagannath revives.

Ah! When "Jai Jagannath" is uttered in Odia, with an open heart,
The doors to fulfillment open up in the void, and all woes flee to start!
