ଦିବସେ ଓଲ୍ଲହାଇ ଆସେ ମରତ କୁ ଜହ୍ନ …..

ଅଦିନରେ ଭାଶି ଆସେ ମଳୟ ପବନ
ବାଜି ଉଠେ ଅନ୍ତରେ ମୋ ପ୍ରେମର ସେ ବଂଶୀ ସ୍ଵନ …..
ତୁମେ ଟିକେ ହସି ଦେଲେ
ଭରି ଯାଏ ମନ ରେ ମୋ କେତେ ଯେ ଉନ୍ମାଦନା
ହଁ , ହଁ , ସୁଖ ହିଁ ସୁଖ,
ଦୁଃଖ କେବେ ମୋ ପାଶେ ପସେନା …..
ତୁମେ ଟିକେ ହସି ଦେଲେ
ଉଡି ବୁଲେ ମନ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଗହନ କାନାନେ
ଅବୟବ ନାଚି ଉଠେ ପ୍ରେମ ସିଂହରଣେ ……
ତୁମେ ଟିକେ ହସି ଦେଲେ
ମନରେ ମୋ ବରଷଇ ଆନନ୍ଦ ର ବର୍ଷା
ଚୀର ଦିନ ବଂଚିବାକୁ ମନେ ମୋର ଜାଗି ଉଠେ ଆଶା ……

IF YOU SMILE A LITTLE
If you do smile a little,
The Sun shines even at night to spread its brightest rays
The Moon descends down the Earth even during the days!
If you do smile a little,
Even the vernal breeze blows before its stipulated time
Blows the flute of Love in my heart to croon Love’s Rhyme!
If you do smile a little,
My mind gets instantly filled with immeasurable sensations
Yes, accompanies me only happiness, and no sad emotions!
If you do smile a little,
The bird of my mind flies raptly in the dense forest
All my organs dance and prance as thrill does arrest!
If you do smile a little,
Ah! Rain in my mind, jubilation and elation showers
Oh! Sprouts a seed of wish to live till the Eternal hours!
