ସାତରଙ୍ଗ ନେଇ ଆସୁଛି ହୋଲି
ଫୁଲେଇ ଫଗୁଣ ଧରା ଅବତରୀ
ଖିଲିଖିଲି ହୋଇ ହସେ
ଆଣିଛି ସାଥିରେ ରଙ୍ଗ ର ପରବ
ରଙ୍ଗମୟ ପୃଥ୍ୱୀ ଦିଶେ l
ନୀଳ ନୀଳ ଦିଶେ ସାରା ଆକାଶ ଟା
ଶବୁଜିମା ଦିଶେ ଧରା
ତରୁରେ ତରୁରେ ନାନାରଙ୍ଗେ ପୁଷ୍ପ
ଦିଶେ ଅବା ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣଝରା l
ସରୋବରେ କଇଁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧେ ଚାହିଁରହି
ଦେଖୁଥାଇ ନଭେ ଶଶୀ
ସତେକି ମିଳନ ହେବ ପରସ୍ପର
ଭାଳଇ ଆନନ୍ଦେ ବସି l
କୋଇଲି ର କୁହୁ ଶୁଭୁଅଛି ଦୂରୁ
ଗାଉଛି କି ପ୍ରେମ ଗୀତି
ମନ୍ଦ ମଳୟ ଯେ ଧୀରେ ଛୁଇଁଯାଇ
ହୃଦୟେ ଭରଇ ତାତି l
ସାତରଙ୍ଗ ନେଇ ଆସୁଅଛି ହୋଲି
ପ୍ରୀତି ର ପଶରା ଧରି
ସଭିଙ୍କୁ କରିବ ଅତି ଆପଣାର
ପ୍ରେମ କୁ ଅନ୍ତରେ ଭରି l
ଦୋଳମଣ୍ଡପ ରେ ରଙ୍ଗ ଯେ ଖେଳନ୍ତି
ରାଧାକୃଷ୍ଣ ବେନି ଯୋଡି
କୃଷ୍ଣମୟ ହୁଏ ସାରା ପରିବେଶ
ଭକ୍ତ ଯାଏ ପ୍ରେମେ ବୁଡ଼ି l
ସାତରଙ୍ଗ ନୁହେଁ ସାତଗୋଟି ସେତୁ
ସ୍ନେହ, ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧା, ସମ୍ପର୍କ ର
ଭରିଦେଉ ମନେ ସାତରଙ୍ଗୀ ସ୍ବପ୍ନ
ରାହା ହେଉ ଜୀବନ ର ..... l
ଜ୍ଞାନରଞ୍ଜନ ନାୟକ, କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡ଼ା

HOLI IS NEARING WITH A RAINBOW OF COLOURS.
Oh! Descending on earth
Giggling in pride and mirth,
The over-swelling and conceited Spring
Has brought the festival of colours with her
Thus, breathes out hues the entire atmosphere!
The firmament above looks
bluish
The landscape beneath seems greenish;
The vernal woods gifted with lovely flowers
Appear drenched with lavish golden showers!
Up the lilies in the pond
are looking
The Moon in the sky is watching down,
As though seated, She dreams of romancing
With Her bewitching beloved below anon!
At an audible and
accessible expanse,
One can listen to Cuckoo’s lyrics sensuous .
The gentle winds of the season joyous
Suffuse the hearts with ardent exuberance!
Endowed with the loads of
Love pure and pious,
Brimmed with infinite affinity and affections,
Holi is nearing with a rainbow of multi colours
To bind the souls with the strings of fond relations!
Oh!Bedecked on the swing of the Dola Pandal,
A divine aroma surrounds the ambience total
And the devotees sink in an ocean of devotion!
Let a spectrum of seven
colours
Of love, relation and affection streams
Fill the mind with a rainbow of dreams
And be a source of life of ours!
